Mrs. Raabe is a graduate of OSU-Lima. She has taught kindergarten at Delphos City and has been a tutor for preschool to high school students through a Migrant Education Program. She taught 3rd grade for 8 years in Bluffton. Currently She is teaching second grade at Bluffton Elementary.
