MISSION OUTLINE

Operation B.J is a rescue mission designed to save operative B.J. Altvater.  Operative Altvater is trapped behind enemy lines and needs immediate extraction.

The mission, should you choose to accept it, will be conducted by your team of Navy SEALS.  Your team will be inserted by the U.S.S. Bluffton (submarine) at point X.  From there your team will be proceeding at a bearing of 070 to the coast of Cassisealia, where B.J. is being held.  You will then proceed to the rendezvous with operative Altvater.  During the rescue mission, the U.S.S. Bluffton will continue on a bearing for 04 for 40 nautical miles to point Y.  After reaching operative Altvater, your team will proceed 8 miles at a bearing of 335 to Landing Zone Bravo (LZ Bravo).  At this site Black Hawk helicopters will transport your team along with operative Altvater the 11 miles back to the U.S.S. Bluffton.  Your team must arrive at the LZ Bravo with in 10 hours of departure from the U.S.S. Bluffton.  You will travel by inflatable water craft, which is capable of reaching speeds of 20 miles an hour, to the coast.  The distance from the coast to the U.S.S. Bluffton is 30 miles.  The terrain is rough, and it is estimated that your team of SEALS will only be able to travel at a speed of 3 miles an hour.  If you do not think that you can perform this mission in the allotted time, we will proceed by other means.  Will you accept?
