Mr.Simon is the Occupational Work Experience Coordinator at Bluffton High School and he also does all the announcing for the home football and boys basketball games.
Mr. Simon received his B.A. in Health and Physical Education from Ohio Northern University and his M.Ed. from Miami University.
This is Mr. Simon's 22nd year as the BHS OWE Coordinator and his 33rd year of teaching. He also is the Health teacher.
The class of 2007-2008 has 13 students currently enrolled. All students are employed in the private business sector for their lab requirement as well as enrolled in the classroom at BHS for their Related class. The class will visit Wilson Sporting Goods in Ada on Nov. 1st. There is also another field trip to Whirlpool Corp. in Findlay on Thurs. Dec. 6th. The annual OWE Silent Auction in Feb. of 2007 this year was again very successful.

The class visited the Ronald McDonald House in Toledo on Mar. 5th and presented a check for $1,150.00 to the House for this years donation. The trip went well and the students enjoyed the informative tour. This brings the total contributed to the House to $18150.20.in the 19 year history of the event. The total money raised in the event is $24,177.50.
